Welcome to the E-PARC. The site remains a work-in-progress. When completed, we intend to provide comprehensive access to the most up-to-date versions of our All County Welfare Director's Letters (ACWDLs), rules and procedures in one convenient place. To accomplish this, we will need time and resources, but more importantly, input from potential users who can assist us in optimizing both the content and the navigation.
